Uninstall already installed opera mini 7.5 if any. Because it will cause some issues with Certificate. Install Downloaded opera mini.

Step #3 :

Goto Settings > More > Mobile Network Setting
Select your subscription
Then goto Access Point Names
Option > New APN

fill as following :

• Name : Anything
• APN : airtelgprs.com
• Proxy : 141.000.011.253
• Port : 80

Option > Save

Then select the Previously created setting as default.

Step #4 :
Open previously installed Opera Mini. Then it will start installing :)

Create a Webserver in your home computer with PHP,MYSQL,APACHE in 5 Easy Steps

This tutorial will address the basic setup of a server on your own computer running with windows platform. This means the removal of hassles of dealing with the company that is running a remote web server. It will be easy to modify. You can add any thing you want to it, be it CGI/Perl, Zope, Roxen, etc, all by your self. You will have unlimited disk space, well at least as big as your hard disk drive . Now that you know the advantages, it is time that I tell you what you will need.

You will need XAMPP 1.6.8 which is available for free & combines all of the following

* Apache HTTPD 2.2.9 + Openssl 0.9.8i

STEP 1 :
1.I recommend to download Self-extracting 7-ZIP archive version because of its low size compared to other two versions.

STEP 2:
After downloading extract the archive to folder of your choice.Don't panic if it halts for few minutes at some stage (may be at 27%,32% or 81%) during extraction.

 

Just be patient.

Remember that XAMPP folder will be created automatically which meansyou don't need to create one.

 

STEP 3
Now,loacate the file in the setup-xampp.bat in the XAMPP folder and run it.
You will see something like this ::

If you extract XAMPP in a top level folder like c:\xampp or d:\xampp etc., you can start XAMPP directly. That means you do not need to execute the “setup_xampp.bat” at all. Apache, MySQL and Mercury Mail server will start up correctly! FileZilla FTP server will not start because it requires absolute paths. Please note: Do not use a double-xampp-folder like c:\xampp\xampp! You need a single-xampp folder like d:\xampp(\apache and so on). Otherwise you must run the “setup-xampp.bat” to set up the path configurations.

STEP 4
XAMPP control Panel

Run the file xampp-control.exe present in the folder XAMPP. The XAMPP Control Panel will appear.


To have the Apache server and the MySQL database started upon the system startup, install them as services by checking the Svc checkboxes next to them. Then ckick OK in the XAMPP Control dialog box that opens.

The Apache and MySQL servers are installed as services.

To start the Apache HTTP server, click Start.
To start the MySQL database server, click Start.

UNINSTALLATION::
Shut down the XAMPP server and exit all panels. If you installed any services, shut them down too.
Simply delete the entire folder where XAMPP is installed. There are no registry entries and no environment variables to clean up… just simply good, clean code! Don’t forget to uninstall any services you might have installed.

Create Your Own Proxy Server Instantly

Hey guys, i have found a simple little difficult but not much, a way to create your own Proxy Server

Prerequisites

If we want to pull this off there are a few things you need.

• Web Host

In theory, any webhost will do, if they comply with the other requirements an old computer in your basement, or even a free online webhost.

• PHP5 or greater and cURL

Look for this on the website of your webhost. If it’s paid hosting, you can almost count on it. Especially cURL is a feature that’ll be disabled on most free webservers.

• Permission

That’s right. Some webhosts will explicitly forbid you to create a proxy server (or a chat room, for that matter) in their terms of content. And you can expect them to find out.

1. Download and Install GlypeProxy

GlypeProxy is a free, standalone PHP script. That means it’s lightweight and incredibly easy to configure. You can download it from their website.

Next, upload the files to a sub directory on your webserver. If you see a folder called ‘www’, or called after your domain name (e.g. domain.com) create the sub folder in there. You need to avoid using the word ‘proxy’, because some companies pick up on it. Instead, use ‘web’ or ’surf’.

There are a few different ways to upload your files. If you already know this, skip to the next paragraph. Here they are arranged from the least to the most effort.

• Upload and unpack ZIP

Look in the filemanager for an ‘unpack’ or ‘extract’ option. You can then upload it in one take. This is not always supported.

• FTP access

Use an FTP application to access your webhost, and let it transfer the files while you fetch some more coffee. Most often supported.

• Manual upload

You really don’t want to do this – are you sure the previous two alternatives are blanked out? Your last resolve will be to manually upload all the files and folder structures. Or start looking for a different host – it might not be such a bad idea.

2. Ready For Use

There’s no real set-up needed. Just point your browser to the directory where you put all those files (ex. domain.com/surf) and GlypeProxy will pop up. If you don’t like the logo, you’ll have to replace it manually. But if you want a proxy server for personal use, some little branding won’t matter.

Users can enter any URL and, after expanding the options, choose to encode the URL, the page, allow cookies, scripts and objects. Encoding the page can help you access some sites that are still being picked up and intercepted, but might give you a corrupt webpage at times.

3. Admin Preferences

Although Glype is a powerful proxy script, the admin tools are obviously the backing power. You might not know this, but a lot of online proxy tools are powered by Glype, just like the one you just set up. The admin preferences leave room not only for customization, but for improvement. You can assign site-specific code for trouble-giving websites, and change user-agent and proxy lists.

Most useful to novice users will be the caching tools , logs, and blacklists. The caching tools can help you improve the browsing speed by storing some files from all, or some of the already visited websites. Logs are off by default, but might have legal importance in the future, depending on who uses your proxy server. Always explicitly mention you’re keeping these logs. Finally, the blacklists will allow you to block (all but) a few sites, or users.

To access your admin panel, point your browser to admin.php on your webserver (e.g. domain.com/surf/admin.php).

Microsoft reserves 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes like Windows Updates and interrogating your PC etc

Click Start then Run and type "gpedit.msc" without quotes. This opens the group policy editor.

Then go to:
--> Local Computer Policy
--> Computer Configuration
--> Administrative Templates

--> Network

--> QOS Packet Scheduler

--> Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
 
Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth.

 It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the 'Explain' tab i.e." By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default."
So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.

It works on Win 2000 as well. 

Autoresponders - A Closer Look

An autoresponder is useful for, well, responding to people who send you inquiries through email. They are actually more than just merely useful - they are an essential tool in any webmaster's toolbox. Used properly, they can enhance your visitors experience and virtually guarantee that they will come back time after time. Used improperly, they annoy people and push them away from ever coming back.
What distinguishes proper from improper use? People should receive messages when they would normally expect to receive messages. Here are some examples:

• Proper: I expect to get a thank you message after signing a guestbook. I should only receive one message. Improper: adding my email to your mailing list because I sign your guestbook. 
• Proper: I also expect to get a message if I use a form on a website to send a message to the webmaster. This verifies to me that it is indeed more than likely to get to the intended person. Improper: again, adding my email address to your mailing list.
• Proper: If I sign up for your newsletter I expect a thank you email and, of course, the newsletter. Improper: Adding my email to anything other than the mailing list which I asked to be added to. Also, sending anything other than the newsletter is generally improper although an occasional status email is acceptable. Never send separate advertisements unless it is clearly spelled out on the newsletter signup page.
• Proper: Following your written privacy policy to the letter in regards to how the email address (and other information) is to be used, and to summarize that information on the page where it is asked for. You should also have a link to the privacy policy on every single page of your web site. Improper: Not having a written privacy policy and asking for information. Not explaining how the information is to be used on the page where it is asked for. Not following your written policies.
• Proper: Including autoresponder links on your website to deliver articles and information to an email box. Improper: Using these links to add email addresses to your mailing list.
• Proper: If you make articles available for reprint, it is always a good idea to include autoresponder links to make it easy for publishers to get those articles in a suitable format. Improper: Using these autoresponder links to add people to your mailing list.
• Proper: Allow visitors to sign up for an email course using an autoresponder. Improper: Adding email addresses obtained in this manner to your mailing list.
• Proper: Follow up for an order or other communication. For example, a "did you receive your order okay?" message a few days after the order was taken is excellent customer service. Improper: Sending more than an acknowledgement and follow up message. The person ordered something, he did not ask to be on your mailing, advertisement or nag list.

I am sure you see a major common thread in all of this - don't add people to your mailing list unless (a) you tell them you are going to, (b) you give them the chance to say "no", and (c) they explicitly give their permission. NEVER assume your visitor wants to be added to your mailing list - make him explicitly ask by filling out a form, checking a box (off by default) or some other similar means.
Autoresponders have some excellent uses:

• As an acknowledgement or thank you for something.
• As a way to get something delivered in email form (reprint publishers love this method of obtaining articles).
• As a way to deliver a series of something (like an email course) to someone.

One use of autoresponders that drives me crazy (and ensures that I will never return to that site) is common with contests. Let say I sign up to try and win a million dollars. I try and of course I don't win. Now I get these silly reminder messages for the rest of time, telling me in all manners that I've won, or almost won, or could win, or might win ... I usually hit delete a few times, then quickly unsubscribe.
All right, so now you know how to use and not to use autoresponders. So where do you get them? They are available all over the internet.

• If your site is hosted on a paid host, you may find that they offer unlimited autoresponders. If so, take advantage of them. These are generally single-message autoresponders.
• GetResponse.com has an excellent autoresponder service. They offer a limited function free version, and one of the most functional paid versions that exist. Their prices are reasonable and the autoresponders always seem to work perfectly.
• AWeber.Com has another excellent autoresponder service.
• Of course, any good guestbook package has the ability to send a customizable message to the signer. Good forms packages also include this ability.

Now, what do you put into an autoresponder messages? Whatever you said or implied you would, plus some ticklers to try and get your visitors to come back to your site.
Thus, if you send back a thank you message for signing a guestbook, you can also include a short list of some of the other features available on your website. Perhaps a small article or even a link to a "free gift" for signing the guestbook.
Remember, don't make the two mistakes of autoresponders. First, do not waste your opportunity. You are sending a person a message which he asked for or expects, so be sure to include more than just "thanks for signing my guestbook". At least put the URL of your site, and include a paragraph about it. 
Second, do not abuse your opportunity, as that will just get the message deleted. I've found it is generally NOT a good idea to put blatant advertisements in these messages, especially for pay-to-surf, MLM or affiliates. Why not? I believe these things are best left to your website or to a newsletter or ezine specifically tailored for them. A major exception is in a newsletter itself, as, like magazines and newspapers, advertisements are expected in order to cover the costs of the publication.
In summary, autoresponders are an excellent tool which all webmasters would be wise to use to their advantage. Just be sure to use them properly.
