Att.net (AT&T) is only for US people.
so you need a US based IP address to make a new account...
so the first thing that will strike in your mind is using proxy....
i have checked around more than 10-15 proxies and finally got one working...
but i have a better way also..
STEP 1 : Download HOTSPOT SHIELD Click Here to Go to Download Page
install HOTSPOTSHIELD in ur PC & run it.
And it will get a US IP on a Virtual Private Network (VPN)
Once the shield in system tray goes green..
means ur are ready to launch
att.net registration page from ur pc!!!!!!
now open the link bleow and make ur att.net account

Thats It ... Here you go with your own att.net mail id.
NOTE : - After creating the id, first log into the yahoomail with that id, or else the id created by you won't work in yahoo messenger.
