Now make a new access point

proxy : mini5.opera-mini.net
 
port:80
 
save it..
now open opera and when asked for the access point choose ur custom one which u have just created...

NOTE : - TO BE ON A SAFER SIDE , USE THIS WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS BELOW 0.30
