Make An Access Point First:
Access Point Name: airtelgprs.com
Proxy: http7.sd.skype.net or 193.120.212.29
Port: 80
Then Open Skype ANd Do the FOllowing Settings in Handler Menu
Operator select Custom1
HTTP Proxy Server: wap.indiatimes.com
Leave All Other Queries Blank
Enjoy Free Skype...
